HOT DESK
A “hot desk” is a shared desk in our main coworking area. Rather than a reserved desk or workspace for a single individual or organisation, seating is rotated based on availability in our open office setting.
Ideal for solo-preneurs, freelancers and creatives who are looking for a flexible work space away from the distractions of home and cafes.
DEDICATED DESK
A “dedicated desk” is your own physical space within a coworking space. These work stations are reserved solely for the use of either one person or one organisation.
Ideal for startups, small business owners, NGOs and Charities. If you would like a dedicated desk, you can rotate the use of your dedicated desk between you and up to 3 team members at an additional charge per person.
Virtual Membership
For freelancers and business owners who do not wish to occupy a physical seat but still want to access all the benefits of a coworking community virtually. Whether you are based in Samoa or overseas, virtual memberships include services such as mail handling; access to exclusive member only gatherings, discounts and perks; a profile listing on our business directory; and invites to hybrid workshops and online training.

- Physical Address: List our coworking space as your business location. Ideal for professional websites, email marketing, and parcel deliveries.
- Mail Handling (Basic): We collect any mail and parcels that have been delivered for your organisation. We do not open any deliveries – instead, our team will send a notification on email and mobile to uplift mail and parcels from reception.

- Mail Handling (Pro): We collect, scan and send e-copies of your letters via email. After, choose whether you’d like us to shred or save the hard copy for you. For parcel deliveries, our team can hold it in storage until you are ready to uplift from reception.
- Exclusive Events & Invitations: Access to our monthly Member-Only networking events and workshops.
- Ticket Discount: 5% OFF on select events and workshops.

V-VIP

- Post Office Box: Use our company’s dedicated post office box to send and receive international business parcels. Similar to mail handling, any posted letters will be scanned and sent via email. Your parcels will be put in holding until you (or an authorised representative) are ready to uplift them.
- $2,220 per annum*
* Virtual memberships are a 12-month commitment. This will grant users permission to use our physical location as their business address. Whether the physical address or postal address is used on email signatures, letterheads, print, marketing collateral, web or mobile apps – the annual rate will still apply. If there are any outstanding fees on the members account, Onelook Studio reserves the right to keep mail and parcel deliveries in holding until invoices are fully paid.

Day Passes
Travelling to Samoa and looking for a place to remote work? Our day passes are ideal for Digital Nomads, Freelancers and Consultants who need a temporary place to flexi work and collaborate with local partners in comfort.
Important Notes:
- Day passes must be used within 30 days. Any unused day passes will expire after 30 days and do not roll over to the next month.
- Day Passes are non-transferrable. They are attributed to the user associated with the payment method and/or email address used during the sign up process.
- We take cash and EFTPOS payments on-site. Please contact our team to check availability.
- Only members have access to credit bundles and complimentary use of the meeting rooms, printing and scanning services, shower, toiletries, and monthly networking events. If you would like to use these services as a Day Pass user, have a chat with our team at reception to book resources.
- Non-members who would like to book coworking resources can use them at an additional charge (Add-On) to their Day Pass. For example: Booking our private meeting rooms or printing and scanning documents on-site.

FAQs
What are credits and how do I use them?
1 Credit = $1.00 tala.
As a member you may use your monthly credits to book a resource, such as our meeting rooms. Members get special pricing to use our two meeting rooms. 100 credits = 1 hour booking (Hub Boardroom) and 200 credits = 1 hour booking (The Studio).
You can also use credits to pay for printing and scanning services. 1 credit = 1 page (Black & White Printing) and 2 credits = 1 page (Color Printing). All of the resources can be booked on our web app or you can ask one of our friendly team on-site to assist to you.
Please note that these credit prices are exclusive to coworking members. Non-members will pay either the half-day or full-day rates to use the meeting rooms. Hourly rates do not apply. Printing, scanning, shower toiletries, towels and care packages are charged as an Add-On for any non-members who would like to use coworking resources.
What is the difference between an On-Site Membership vs. Virtual Membership?
On-Site Memberships are ideal for those want a physical space to work from and collaborate with other like-minded leaders and innovators. Virtual Memberships are for those who would like to work remotely from home (either locally or overseas) but would still like to access some of the benefits of a coworking space in Samoa. For example: mail handling, parcels and delivery; special event discounts; and connecting with other consultants, entrepreneurs and community organisers at member only gatherings, hybrid workshops, and online training.
Can I bring my clients or guests into the coworking space?
If you are using meeting room credits, you may invite external guests (aka. non-members) into the meeting room whilst you have the resource booked. Standard refreshments, cutlery and crockery are available for members to self-service meetings in our shared kitchen.
For guest access to our coworking space, you may want to choose a plan that has guest access passes included in the membership. For Hot Desks these are the Standard (1 pass per month) and Premium Plans (2 passes per month).
All members with a Dedicated Desk get up to 3 guest passes per month.
What can I expect during new member onboarding?
If you’d like to sign up for a membership, we will send you a link to our new member registration form and access to our coworking app.
Depending on the type of membership you are signing up for, you and/or team members will be assigned a personal and/or company profile. Our web app will take you through our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. After you accept the Terms and Conditions, you will be able to book the resources we have available on-site or online (for virtual memberships).
As part of the onboarding process, we may ask you to provide personal identification to verify that the onboarding information you have provided online matches your government-issued ID and records. This is to prevent fraud on your account and ensure that we provide secure and transparent services to all our members.
