Terms & Conditions
- Standard refreshments are included in every booking. If you would like to organise your own catering, you are welcome to bring external food. However, we do charge a setup and cleaning fee for the use of all the resources associated with your booking such as tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
- Any quotes for events and bookings which fall outside our normal operating hours (Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm) will be considered an After-Hours Booking (AHB). AHB’s will either have an hourly rate applied for each hour they go over their original time or we will recommend a full-day rate. Ideal for late night bookings and Saturday bookings.
- Important note: Onelook Studio does not open on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- Please note that all quotes are provided in Samoan Tala (WST) and VAGST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
