Terms & Conditions

1. Standard refreshments are included in every booking. If you would like to organise your own catering, you are welcome to bring external food. However, we do charge a setup and cleaning fee for the use of all the resources associated with your booking such as tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
2. Any quotes for events and bookings which fall outside our normal operating hours (Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm) will be considered an After-Hours Booking (AHB). AHB’s will either have an hourly rate applied for each hour they go over their original time or we will recommend a full-day rate. Ideal for late night bookings and Saturday bookings.
3. Important note: Onelook Studio does not open on Sundays or Public Holidays.
4. Please note that all quotes are provided in Samoan Tala (WST) and VAGST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
